| The affiliate program allows our affiliates to make profit by referring customers to ICDSoft through a
link or banner on their web sites. Referrals will be counted whenever the customer purchases a web hosting account with us.
Referrals will be paid for the customer's first year of hosting only, and will not be paid for subsequent renewals of the same service. |

- The affiliate acknowledges that he/she must keep the contact details of the affiliate account up-to-date,
including the contact name, e-mail address, and phone number.
- The affiliate agrees that he/she will comply with all local, state and federal laws concerning the sending of e-mails.
ICDSoft has a very strict anti-spam policy, and sending unsolicited mails will not be tolerated. Affiliates that have been
sending unsolicited mail in order to increase the number of leads to ICDSoft's web site will be subject to immediate account
termination without payment of the accumulated funds.
- The affiliate may not claim that ICDSoft provides services or resources not listed on ICDSoft's web site.
- The affiliate agrees that the web site used for the affiliate program and linking to ICDSoft's web site does not and will not
contain violent, discriminatory, illegal, or "adult only" content, material infringing trademarks of a third party, or material
that is threatening or obscene.
- The affiliate acknowledges that "ICDSOFT" is a registered trademark, and as such, it is not allowed to be used for bidding on
PPC (pay-per-click) networks and search engines. The following keywords are not allowed for bidding: "icdsoft", "icd soft",
"icdsoft.com", "www.icdsoft.com".

| ICDSoft may elect to use any methods available, which at any particular time may be deemed by ICDSoft to be
the most accurate, to track the links from the Affiliate's site to ICDSoft's site and the final purchases. This includes but
is not limited to the use of cookies. |

- The affiliate receives a referral fee, calculated as a percentage of purchase for the first year of hosting, made by the referred
customer.
- Referral fees are applicable only for new customers brought to our service through the affiliate's link. The new customers must
purchase the account through ICDSoft's main sign up page. Referral fees are paid for the customer's
first year of hosting only, and are not paid for recurring renewal payments.
- Referral fees are added to the affiliate's balance 30 days after the purchase. No fees are paid for refunded or terminated accounts.
- Transaction fees of the referral commission are covered by the affiliate.
- Referral fees offered by ICDSoft may change at any time without prior notice. The current referral fees are listed at:

| Any attempt to undermine, slander, libel, threaten or cause harm to ICDSoft's customers, employees and property,
or to the company directly, is grounds for immediate termination without payment of the accumulated funds. Any attempt to cheat
ICDSoft's tracking system, or purposefully bringing visits that result in fraudulent purchases, will also result in immediate
termination without payment of the accumulated funds. In addition, any such attempts will be prosecuted to the fullest extent
of the law. |

| The customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, ICDSoft, its subsidiaries and other affiliated companies,
its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use. |

| ICDSoft respects the right to privacy of customers and visitors of this site and is committed to protecting it.
We will collect various personal information about our affiliates during the registration process, which may include but is not
limited to: affiliate's full name, postal address, phone and fax number, and e-mail address. This type of information allows us
to keep in contact with the affiliates regarding commission payouts and any other services performed by ICDSoft or by the affiliate.
This information may also be used to notify the affiliate about service maintenance or upgrades, but will not be shared or sold to
third parties for any purpose. ICDSoft maintains a strict privacy policy, which means that we do not intend to sell, rent, or
otherwise give your e-mail address to third parties. |

- ICDSoft, at its sole discretion, may change these terms and conditions at any time. By using ICDSoft's services
the customer agrees that ICDSoft may: (1) revise these terms and conditions; and (2) change the services provided. Any such
revision or change will be binding and effective immediately on posting of the revised terms or change to the service(s) on
ICDSoft's web site, or on notification to the customer by e-mail. The customer agrees to review ICDSoft's web site, including
these terms, periodically to be aware of any such revisions. If the customer does not agree with any revision, he/she may
terminate the services at any time by notifying ICDSoft by e-mail or via the support web site (http://www.suresupport.com).
Notice of the customer's termination will be effective on receipt and processing by ICDSoft. The customer agrees that, by
continuing to use ICDSoft's services following notice of any revision to this Agreement or change in service(s), he/she abides
by any such revisions or changes.
- The content available through this site is the sole property of ICDSoft and is protected by patent, copyright, trademark and
other intellectual property laws. Except as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, ICDSoft-owned content received through
this site may be downloaded, displayed, reformatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. The customer
agrees not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the content received
through this site to anyone, including but not limited to others in the same company or organization without ICDSoft's
express prior written consent.
- ICDSoft reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any of ICDSoft's Terms could
result in a warning, suspension, or account termination. Submitting fake personal information can also be grounds for
suspension or termination. |

| THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT ICDSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY (1) SUSPENSION OR LOSS OF THE SERVICE(S), (2)
USE OF THE SERVICE(S), (3) INTERRUPTION OF ICDSOFT'S SERVICES OR INTERRUPTION OF THE CUSTOMER'S BUSINESS, (4) ACCESS DELAYS
OR ACCESS INTERRUPTIONS TO ICDSOFT'S WEB SITE(S) OR SERVICE(S) OR DELAYS OR ACCESS INTERRUPTIONS THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES
IN RELATION TO THE SERVICES OFFERED BY ICDSOFT; (5) LOSS OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM ACTS OF OR EVENTS BEYOND ICDSOFT'S
CONTROL (6) DATA NON-DELIVERY, MIS-DELIVERY, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION OR OTHER MODIFICATION; (7) LOSS OR LIABILITY RESULTING
FROM THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OR MISUSE OF THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT. ICDSOFT ALSO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN
CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ICDSOFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ICDSOFT'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE AFFILIATE FOR THE DISPUTED SERVICE,
BUT IN NO EVENT GREATER THAN ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES, ICDSOFT'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW. |
