To meet the needs of our customers with high-resource-demanding sites, we
have prepared a special plan - First Class. It comes with dedicated hardware
resources that are set up to meet the needs of popular heavily-visited
dynamic sites, which have become unsuitable for shared hosting. The type of
plan can be compared to Managed VPS - you get dedicated resources, but we
are the ones that set up everything. As a customer, you get the same Control
Panel as shared hosting plans, but on the background, your account will be
the only one on the platform described below.

| 2. Solid-state-disk storage. |

Our experience shows that when it comes to popular, heavily-visited
MySQL-driven sites, usually the culprit is neither the CPU time, nor
the space/traffic. It is the I/O subsystem that is usually
overloaded by heavy MySQL queries. We have eliminated this problem
by using Solid-state-disks and separate 100% dedicated I/O system
for each VPS user. Most other VPS services use shared I/O systems,
where a single user on the VPS system/cloud can affect the
performance of all users. On our servers, the dedicated I/O system
for each user significantly increases performance of VPS accounts,
and we are able to guarantee the proper service for resource
intensive sites.

| 3. Dedicated web server, MySQL server, mail servers, IP address |
- As you will be the only user on the virtual machine, any services on it will run only for your site.
This makes the server behavior fully predictable for you, as no other user can clog up any of the services,
or make anything that can obstruct the operation of your site or mail.

| 4. SSH access |
- Unlike our shared hosting plans, with First Class you get SSH access to the
server. This is a managed service, and you will not get root access to the
server. However, SSH will allow you to perform easily most tasks that you
might need.

| 5. Memcached |
- Memcached is a memory caching system that is used to increase the speed of
dynamic web sites by reducing the CPU/database load. Memcached generally optimizes the performance of the server and provides further resources to
your site.

| 6. FFMpeg |
- Although requested by customers, this utility is not suitable
for shared hosting, as it requires quite much server (CPU) resources.
However, with the First Class plan and its dedicated resources, there is no
problem to run video-processing utilities on your account.

| 7. Extended backups. |
- System backups on First Class plans are larger, and we keep daily backups for the last 15 days. Also, a snapshot image is saved every two hours, which allows faster full restoration in case of an emergency.

First Class accounts are billed on a monthly basis. All volume-based discounts that ICDSoft offers to its customers are applied.
