Microsoft Outlook

To configure the Outlook (new) App for Windows, please follow the steps below. Please replace:   [email protected] with your email addressyour_server.com with your server's host name (you can find your server's host name listed in the upper left corner of your Control Panel)   1. Open the Outlook (new) app.2. On the "Welcome to the new Outlook" screen, enter your email address. 3. A "Setting things up" screen will show up. Wait until it closes.   4. The Welcome screen will show up again, but with a new Advanced Setup button at the bottom. Click on that button.  5. A "Select your email provider" screen will show up. Scroll to the bottom, and select IMAP.   6. On the next screen, enter your mail password, and click on Show more.   7. Uncheck "Use recommended settings". Enter the incoming mail (IMAP) settings. IMAP Incoming server: mail.your_server.comPort: 993Secure connection type: SSL / TLS (recommended)    8. Scroll down to the outgoing mail (SMTP) configuration. SMTP username: <your email address should be populated automatically>SMTP password: <leave the field blank>SMTP Outgoing server: mail.your_server.comPort: 465Secure connection type: SSL / TLS (recommended)   9. Click Continue. The "Sync your IMAP account" screen will show up.   10. Click Continue. Then, click through the privacy, diagnostic data, and Outlook theme dialog screens until you get to your Inbox.

To configure the Outlook App on your iPhone, please follow the steps below. Please replace:   [email protected] with your email addressyour_server.com with your server's host name (you can find your server's host name listed in the upper left corner of your Control Panel)   1. Open the Outlook app. 2. If it is the first mail account you add to Outlook, the "Add Account" screen will show up automatically. If not, tap the top left Menu -> Settings (gear icon) -> Add Email Account -> Add Email Account. 3. On the "Add Account" screen, enter your email address. 4. Tap "Add Account". If you get a prompt to select email provider, please choose the IMAP option under Advanced. 5. The IMAP settings screen will show up. Make sure that "Use Advanced Settings" is toggled on.  Use the following settings: IMAP Incoming Email ServerIMAP Hostname: mail.your_server.comIMAP Port: 993Port Security: SSLIMAP Username: [email protected] Password: <your_email_ password> SMTP Outgoing Email ServerSMTP Hostname: mail.your_server.comSMTP Port: 465Port Security: SSLSMTP Username: [email protected] Password: <same_as_imap_password>   6. Tap "Sign In". Swipe through privacy and diagnostic data screens, if they show up.
