The process of exporting contacts will vary depending on your webmail client of choice:

Roundcube

Contacts from Roundcube address books are exported in the vCard format only.

You can export all contacts from your address book in Roundcube by following these steps:

  1. Open the Contacts task from the main menu.
  2. Click on the Export button from the top toolbar.
  3. Choose where to save the exported .vcf file.

If you wish to export specific contacts from your address book you should:

  1. Open the Contacts task from the main menu.
  2. Select the contacts you wish to export.
    Note: You can select multiple contacts using the Ctrl (or ⌘ Command if you use a Mac keyboard) and ⇧ Shift keys on your keyboard.
  3. Select the Export selected option from the Export button's menu from the top toolbar.
  4. Choose where to save the exported .vcf file.

Webmail Classic

To export all contacts from your address book:

  1. Click on the Address Book tab from the main menu.
  2. Click on the CSV Import-Export button.
  3. Select your desired format from the Export format field. You can choose from the following export format options:
    • Webmail allows you to import your contacts directly to Webmail Classic.
    • Gmail allows you to import your contacts to Gmail.
    • Other allows you to select the new line characters (based on operating system) and delimiter in the CSV file.
  4. Click on the Export button.
  5. A new window will pop up allowing you to specify the location on your computer where the file will be saved.
