You can manage your contact information and change your password through the Account Profile section of your Control Panel. The contact information initially listed there is the one you have supplied at the order form when you purchased your hosting account.

Manage my account

To update your contact details, please type in the new data in the desired fields and click on the Save Changes button below.

Note: changing the contact information at the Account Profile section does not update the WHOIS information for your domain name.

Change password

To change your Control Panel password, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on Change It under Change password.
  2. Type in your current password.
  3. Type in the new password twice.
    As you type your new password, the strength indicator below updates in real time, showing one of four strength levels. Tips and requirements appear in a red tooltip below to help you create a stronger password. For more details, check the articles onChoosing a password or Using the Random password generator.
  4. Click on Save Changes.

Two-factor authentication

To enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your hosting Control Panel, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on Enable under Two-factor authentication.
  2. Scan the QR code or enter the secret key in your token application.

  3. In Generated Token, type in the generated token by your 2FA application.
  4. In Current Control Panel Password, type in your current password.
  5. Click on Save.
