Affiliate Program

When you register as an affiliate, you get access to your Account Panel. At the top of the left-hand side panel, there are Reseller and Affiliate buttons. The Account Panel allows you to switch between the Reseller and Affiliate platforms with a single click. To sign up as a reseller, you first need to accept the Reseller Terms of Use. After you confirm, all reseller interface features become fully revealed.   The affiliate and reseller programs offer two separate ways for new and existing customers of ICDSoft to make a substantial profit from promoting our hosting services. With the affiliate program, you can add banners and share affiliate links to receive an affiliate bonus for every completed purchase. You can also create promotional affiliate links (using promo codes) that offer special discounts to the end customers. This is a unique feature that can help you build and grow your referral base.

This section is the home screen of the Affiliate platform. It provides a quick overview of your affiliate account. You can click the “More” link in the right column to visit the Statistics page, which offers more detailed information about your views, hits, sales, and earnings.

This section provides you with full and short affiliate URL addresses which can be shared with potential customers. This section also offers ready-to-use HTML code snippets, so you can easily add affiliate banners to your page(s). When you decide which banner you want to use, just click on it, and a pop-up will appear. Naming your banner is optional. You may wish to name your banners, so you can better track your various campaigns. Finally, click the Copy button to save the HTML code to your clipboard, and then paste the code in the desired location on your page(s).  The embedded HTML code contains your affiliate link. If someone clicks on your banner and then orders a hosting account, you will receive a commission.

In this section, you can create your own promo codes. For every separate promotion, you can have distinct affiliate bonus and referral discount settings. People who visit your affiliate link will be able to take advantage of the specified referral discount, and you will receive your affiliate bonus as a commission once an order is placed. In the Description field, you can enter a value which helps you identify the purpose of the promotion. Status allows you to activate or deactivate a particular promotion. The Your Bonus / Referral Discount slider allows you to set the bonus/discount ratio for this promotion. The promo codes can be applied only to new hosting purchases and cannot be applied to renewal payments or other services, such as domain registration/transfer/renewal, SSL certificates, parked domains, and other additional resources. The table at the bottom dynamically visualizes how the selected bonus/discount ratio would affect the affiliate bonus and referral discount amounts, and also how the final price for the end customer changes. The promo code can be used for puchasing a hosting account in any of our datacenters. Example: If you create a promo code for a discount of 10%, then your referrals will be able to order with it services from us at a 10% lower price, while your affiliate bonus will be 65%. If the code discount is 30%, your affiliate bonus will be 45%. You can even choose to deliver the whole affiliate bonus to your customers/visitors/friends and provide a promo code for a discount of 75%. You will still receive renewal commission(s) in this case. You can create as many promo codes as you need - for different discount levels, to be used on different sites/places, etc.

This screen shows a full list of the commissions associated with your accomplished sales, including future commissions that will be payable after a certain period of time, such as commissions for hosting account renewals. When someone follows an affiliate/promo code link, and their visit results in a new hosting order, this order is tracked as a sale, and you get the commission(s) for this sale.  For hosting accounts with annual billing, the commission is 75% for the first billing period of hosting, and 10% for each recurring renewal up to the third billing period for that account. For hosting accounts with monthly billing, the commission is 75% for the first billing period of hosting, and 10% for each recurring renewal up to the twelfth billing period for that account. This section shows a full and detailed list of already paid commissions. The table contains information for each payment - its payout date, the respective amount, the payout method, the invoice associated with the payment, and the current status of the payment.

This section can give you insight on how your banners and promo codes are viewed and accessed. You will also see a detailed breakdown of commissions, earnings, and payments based on period.  Banner Views shows the number of times your banners appeared on the screens of Internet users, and Banner Hits shows how many times someone actually clicked on your banners. Hit Ratio shows the ratio between banner hits and views. The Totals tab includes the statistics since the creation of your affiliate account. You can also choose to view the statistics filtered by Date, Banner, Promo Code, and Action. To select a period for which you want to view the statistics, click on the magnifying glass icon, choose a period, and click the blue filter button.

Your Personal Affiliate Link Code - this will be the unique identifier for all your affiliate links. The default code is your affiliate/reseller username. You can change the code, so it better suits your needs. For example, if you choose “icd-affiliate” as your code, your full affiliate link will be https://www.icdsoft.com?source=icd-affiliate, and your short affiliate link will be https://www.icdsoft.com/c/icd-affiliate. The code has to be unique in our system, so it is possible for a certain code to be already in use. Minimum Amount to Send (USD) - this is the minimum commission amount which you would like to be accumulated before we send it to you. Payouts are made once a week, every Tuesday. Payout Method - you can set your preference as to how you wish to receive your commissions. We support Account Balance, PayPal, and bank transfers. When the selected payout method is via bank transfer, then Minimum Amount to Send cannot be set to a value lower than USD 100. There is no such limit when the selected payout method is Account Balance or PayPal. Taxes for bank transfers will be covered by us if Minimum Amount to Send is set to USD 200 or more. Taxes will be covered by the affiliate if the payout is under USD 200. There are no taxes for PayPal payouts. Any changes made in this section will require a password confirmation.
