What is a Content Delivery Network (CDN)?

A Content Delivery Network (CDN) is a global network of servers that caches your website's static content (like images and CSS files). It speeds up your site by delivering that content from the server geographically closest to each visitor, drastically reducing data travel distance.

ICDSoft's CDN Solution - Automatic Configuration, Simple Management

You can enable our solution directly from the "CDN" section in your Control Panel, with no third-party accounts or complex pricing. If you are already using our DNS services, the process is completely seamless. Otherwise, you will get the A and/or CNAME record that you will need to add at your DNS provider.

Our CDN is currently in beta, so we recommend using it on staging or non-production sites. This is a great opportunity to evaluate how CDN can improve load times for your content.

If you have a reseller account, you also have control over the visibility of the "CDN" section in the hosting Control Panel of your accounts. By default, the "CDN" section is shown in the Control Panel.

If you are on a hosting plan above "Economy", you can enable our CDN right away. No purchase is necessary for the first hostname. Simply log in to Control Panel 3, go to the "CDN" section and click "Enable CDN".
